Shipping Information

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time consists of handling time plus transit time.
Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 7–14 days

What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed by 5 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed afterward will be processed the next business day.

What are the shipping charges for U.S. orders?
Standard Shipping—Free for orders over $100
Standard Shipping—$6.95 for orders between $0.01 and $99.99

Do you offer tracking?
Yes. All orders come with tracking so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all components. Include your order confirmation or packing slip with the return.

How do I initiate a return?
Email sales@averelleinteriors.com before sending any items back. Our team will provide return instructions.

What is the return process?
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.
Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the return shipping.
If the return is due to preference or customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How long does a refund take?
Upon approval and inspection, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

What items are non-refundable?
Opened or used products
Gift items

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Email sales@averelleinteriors.com within three days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original product and place a new order once the return is accepted.
